Medical interns have a propensity to look for the exotic when a more commonplace explanation is more likely – a tendency that prompted Professor Theodore Woodward of the University of Maryland to say, “When you hear hoofbeats, think of horses not zebras.” However, in the case of rare haematological malignancies including WM and MCL, clinicians are actually faced with the challenge of identifying the far less common disease.

The following work is a set of brand guidelines for a visual identity created to represent this rare disease. With a range of assets to help cut through all the boring medical visuals and sites that exist in this world.
